Voting Process

Zolidly's voting process involves the following steps:

  1. ZOLID holders can lock up their tokens in veZOLID NFTs (ERC-721) for a period of 1 week to 4 years. The amount of veZOLID obtained through ZOLID lock-up can be checked on the Voting NFT page.

  2. Users who hold voting power can vote for the pool from which they want to receive Fees and Bribes. For example, they can vote for the ETH-USDC pool.

  3. Users who successfully vote for the winning pool receive Fees and Bribes from that pool in proportion to their voting share.

  4. Bribes are deposited before the start of the epoch (which always occurs at 00:00:00 AM UTC on Thursdays) and can be claimed by users in proportion to their voting share right after the epoch starts. Fees, however, are generated during the epoch and can be collected when they occur.
