# veZOLID

Name: veZOLID

Token Ticker: veZOLID&#x20;

Chain: zkSync

Contract: 0x194BA616e57FCF5837CC8b5f0AA3D32a16cB61bf

veZOLID is a token that conforms to the NFT (ERC-721) standard with staked ZOLID. It is tradable and can be used as collateral in other DeFi protocols. You can check the amount of veZOLID acquired according to the ZOLID lock-up period in the \<Voting NFT> section. veZOLID has various utilities such as Earning, Voting, Boosting, and Governing.

* **Earning**: veZOLID holders earn 100% of all transaction fees issued by Zolidly. Additionally, they can acquire all Bribes allocated to veZOLID holders through the Bribes system.<br>
* **Voting**: veZOLID holders can vote on pools on a weekly basis and determine each pool's ZOLID emissions. As soon as they complete their vote for the pool, they can immediately get paid according to the amount of veZOLID they hold in Bribes allocated to the pool.<br>
* **Boosting**: veZOLID holders can boost ZOLID rewards that can be acquired according to the ZOLID lock-up period up to 2.5 times (4-year lock-up).<br>
* **Governing**: veZOLID holders can decide to change Zolidly's pool parameters, modify tokenomics, operate protocols, and more. Zolidly plans to establish full on-chain governance around the time when more than 90% of ZOLID tokens are issued.
