NextWhy zkSync?

Last updated 2 years ago

Zolidly is a revolutionary DEX built on zkSync, with ve(4,4) mechanism.

The aim of Zolidly is to maximize capital efficiency based on game theory by introducing new ve(4,4) mechanism, based on Solidly ve(3,3). With this system, Zolidly can prevent the dilution of the value of ZOILD tokens by controlling emission based on the number of locked ZOLID tokens. This allows more users to lock their ZOLID tokens into the protocol and earn rewards.

Additionally, Zolidly reduces slippage by using different swap equations depending on the type of token a user is swapping. When exchanging cryptocurrencies with different values, Zolidly uses the Uniswap v2 CPMM method. However, when exchanging cryptocurrencies that have the same value, such as stablecoins, Zolidly uses a curve-like swap equation to reduce slippage.

Zolidly aims to improve users' trading experience and grow together with the zkSync ecosystem through its AMM equation, which can reduce the slippage of tokens that are to be swapped with ve(3,3).
